These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ITER Academy website located at iter-academy.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Who we are
ITER Academy provides educational information and resources (e.g., articles/knowledge base content) and may link to learning content hosted on third-party platforms such as Udemy and YouTube.
2) Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security (e.g., introducing malware, scraping, attempting unauthorized access);
- misuse forms, email addresses, or any contact channels for spam.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use is harmful, unlawful, or violates these Terms.
3) Educational and informational purpose

4) Courses and third-party platforms (Udemy, YouTube, etc.)
The Site may link you to courses or learning content hosted on third-party platforms (for example, “Start Course” links to Udemy and a free course section links to YouTube).
When you follow those links, you are subject to the third party’s terms, policies, pricing, refunds, and account requirements. Any purchases, subscriptions, payments, and refunds are handled by the third party—not by the Site.

“ITER Academy” and related branding may be trademarks of ITER Academy.

If you email or otherwise send content to us (questions, feedback, suggestions), you:
- confirm you have the right to share it; and
- grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to respond to you and improve our services (e.g., internal QA/training, product/course improvements).
Please do not send confidential information you do not want shared or stored.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy-related matters.

13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
